夫妻同行、银行存款在配偶名下或夫妻不在同一本户口本，请提供结婚证复印件。

希签：如已婚就必须提供结婚证原件。

真实准确提供公司所在地址及电话等信息。

德签：儿童、学生及退休人员也须提供，反映身份、家庭住址、电话等联系方式。

银行存款证明

原件

伍万元以上，至少冻结三个月以上（冻结至回国后一个月），如夫妻同行可提供配偶名下的存款证明。18岁以上学生也须提供自己名下的存款证明。        --领馆将保存此证明，不予归还。

其他财产证明

复印件

1

银行存折、房产证、行驶证、股票交割单、国债、理财等其它证明可作为补充证明，证明您有足够的资金出行并将按时返回。                             --此项提供越多越好，有利出签。

重要财产证明

（必须提供）

意签：国际信用卡原件或旅行支票原件（EUR30/天*旅行天数）。

西签：至少半年以上活期存折原件（有多笔进出款记录）。

瑞士签：国际信用卡正反两面复印件、三个月以上银行存折复印件。

法签/意签：工资卡对帐单原件或工资存折复印件（半年以上记录），如以上2项均无法提供，可提供活期存折复印件或者银行信用卡对帐单（半年以上记录，每月有频繁的资金出入及尽可能多的资金），对帐单上必须体现出申请人的姓名并加盖银行红章，如对帐单上无姓名，可复印信用卡正反面。

学校抬头信纸打印中英文：内容证明该学生就读于该校班级、学生出去旅游期间为学校的假日期间，同意其出国旅游，并加盖学校公章、老师或者校长签字。

公证书原件

a.未成年人由父母双方陪同旅行的，需要提供出生公证书，公证书申请人为该未成年人；
b.未成年人由父母单方陪同旅行的，需要提供出生公证书及不出行一方同意出行方带孩子出行的委托公证书；
c.未成年人由父母以外的亲属陪同旅行的，除须以上两份公证，另外需要提供与随行亲属的亲属关系公证书。

以上公证意签、西签、法签、荷签须送外办认证。法签由外办直接递送至领馆，请交回执。

注：非上海领区客人提供六个月以上的暂住证或居住证原件，希签必须提供2年以上的暂住证，西签不接受暂住证。

希签浙江人需凭所有的签证材料及旅行社证明前往浙江外办认证。

I am aware of and consent to the following: any personal data concerning me which appear on this visa application form will be supplied to the relevant authorities in the Schengen states and processed by those authorities, if necessary, for the purposes of a decision on my visa application. Such data may be input into, and stored in, databases accessible to the relevant authorities in the various Schengen states.

At my express request, the consular authority processing my application will inform me of the manner in which I may exercise my right to check the personal data concerning me and have them altered or deleted, in particular, should they be inaccurate, in accordance with the national law of the state concerned.

I have been informed that possession of a visa is only one of the prerequisites for entry into the European territory of the Schengen states.
